Ventilator Market Update: EOL for ReVel

On September 23, 2024, Vyaire announced the cessation of production for certain ventilators, including the ReVel, VELA, and AVEA. In a significant move within the medical equipment industry, Vyaire Medical has officially announced its decision to sell its Ventilation Business Unit to ZOLL Medical Corporation. This transition, approved by the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, marks a major development in the respiratory care and critical support industry. Vyaire’s flagship ventilators, including the Bellavista, LTV series, and 3100 HFOV, will all continue production as Zoll and Vyaire are working to minimize disruption in product availability.

Accessories and disposables for the ReVel are available for purchase only while limited supplies last. Master Medical Equipment and ReNew Biomedical will continue to support the ReVel while kits and accessories last. See available accessories for the ReVel here.

The transaction is set to enhance Vyaire’s ventilation product lineup under ZOLL’s structure and acute care expertise. Master Medical Equipment is proud to continue supporting Vyaire’s flagship line of ventilators, including the LTV 1200 and Bellavista, with a full range of services, including new and recertified sales, rentals, accessories, along with repairs and PM service.

Our biomedical service partner, ReNew Biomedical, is an Authorized Service Provider for Vyaire repairs and service. ReVel customers are encouraged to reach out for service and support, since supplies and accessories are limited. LTV and Bellavista customers will continue to receive the highest standard of support and service, without interruptions.
