Returns

Master Medical Equipment offers refunds for products returned within 30 days of the original date of sale. In order to receive a full refund, products must be returned within 2 weeks of RMA issuance in the same condition as when they departed the MME warehouse. Upon receipt at MME, an inspection is performed to determine if the products have been damaged or misused. If evidence of damage or misuse is found, MME reserves the right to charge a restocking fee.

MME does not accept returns on: non-stock items, special order items, or disposable products that have been opened or used.

New products must be returned in original packaging to receive the full refund value. MME will not provide refunds on new products that were opened or used by the customer.

If the reason for the return is due to any failure on MME’s part, such as the item that was shipped not matching the item that was ordered, no restocking fee is applied and a full refund is granted.

Commercial invoice will be provided. MME is not responsible for import taxes, duties, VAT, or fees. All undeliverable packages will be abandoned.

Refunds

Refunds are provided within 3 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned products, and refunds are processed in the same method as the original payment. For example, if the order was paid using a credit card, the refund will be applied to that credit card.

Warranties

MME is pleased to offer warranties on the products that we sell in accordance with the terms below.

MME offers a 1-year warranty on all recertified units, except for those devices which are NOT PMA approved. All devices which are not PMA approved receive a 30-day warranty. All batteries and accessories receive a 30-day warranty.

MME’s warranty begins on the date of original invoice from MME. The warranty covers parts and labor for replacement of components that fail due to manufacturer defect or faulty workmanship. MME’s warranty does not cover device misuse, abuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, or acts of God.

The warranty is void if equipment is diagnosed, worked on, altered, or repaired by any other technicians or companies unless written approval is provided by Master Medical Equipment prior to such work.

MME will also support our customers whose products are covered by an OEM warranty by assisting with the contact and communication needed to return the product to the OEM for repair or replacement.

Special Item Orders

Special Items are products that Master Medical Equipment does not typically stock in our warehouse. These items may not be returned or refunded after item delivery.
Orders that are cancelled within 24 hours of order placement will receive a full refund, but orders cancelled beyond 24 hours of placement will only receive a 50% refund.

Shipping and Handling

  • Master Medical Equipment ships orders via FedEx, UPS, USPS, and various LTL freight companies.
  • The tracking information will be listed on the invoice emailed out at the time of shipment.
  • Shipping charges depend on the size and weight of the item(s) purchased. The amount will be calculated at checkout.
  • We can ship to virtually any address in the continental US, however some restrictions apply.

  • Items are usually delivered in 2-5 business days after shipment.
