Return Policy

** Please note that due to the current international health crises, we will continue to offer factory warranties on our products but cannot accept ventilator, or respiratory-related equipment & accessory returns.

Upon return and inspection, full credit will be given, minus any shipping or credit card charges so long as the equipment is in the same condition as on the date of shipment from the Master Medical Equipment warehouse.  If any damage or evidence of misuse is evident, Master Medical Equipment reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee. Master Medical Equipment also reserves the right to refund or return orders that have and are delivered to a billing address outside of the contiguous United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other countries).

Refund Policy

All Refunds will be made within 3 business days of the return and will be processed in the same method of payment (example, if paid via Credit card, the refund will be applied to that credit card). Please contact our Customer Service department prior to any return for an RMA number to ensure prompt credit.
