Master Medical Equipment is a licensed Wholesale/Distributor through the State of Tennessee Department of Health and the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy. Why does this matter? According to Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1140-01-.08, no pharmacy wholesaler/distributor may operate in Tennessee without this license. In order to keep the license up-to-date, we are required to submit all recent inspection reports conducted by the proper regulatory agency and the FDA, and furthermore certify that all requirements of the State of Tennessee and the TN Board of Pharmacy have been met. This is important to MME because it holds us accountable to our state regulatory entities and provides our retail and wholesale customers with the comfort of knowing they are dealing with a licensed distributor.
