Warrior Lite
High performance, yet compact and lightweight, the Warrior lite is an optimal configuration for space and weight restricted rescue teams, first responders, emergency medical services (EMS), helicopter emergency medical services (HEMS), and critical care transport teams.
The Warrior lite offers two battery options for optimal operational fit: the lite battery (170ml/minute; up to 1.3 liters of cold-stored blood or blood components and 2.5 liters of room temperature fluids; 800g Base Unit and battery weight) and Extra Power Battery (180ml/minute; up to 3 liters of cold-stored blood and 5 liters of room temperature IV fluids; 1.09kg Base Unit and battery weight). The Extra Power Battery is ideal when there is a requirement for warming an exceptional volume of blood or fluids, which may be experienced during prolonged transports, back-to-back calls, or events involving multiple critically-injured casualties.
The Warrior lite utilizes the same consumable used by all other Warrior models.

The Warrior lite is a 3-part system composed of a controller (Base Unit), battery, and consumable single-patient warmer (i.e., Compact Disposable Unit (CDU). Several accessories are offered to optimize configuration of operating environments, such as a mount accessory and extension cable. Assembly is simple and fail-safe and takes seconds to accomplish. Blood or fluids will be warmed almost from the first drop, even at high resuscitation rates. The LED display is designed to support night-vision goggles. The consumable’s fluid path is aluminum-free, thus eliminating toxicity concerns associated with aluminum. Instead, the consumable uses patented medical-grade stainless steel warming technology. The efficiency of our technology ensures immediate warming. The system measures fluid temperatures a few hundred times per second and automatically adjusts the heating to ensure 38°C (±2°C) output. Thus, the Warrior lite handles rapid bolus flows generated by push-pull, hand pump, syringe, or other flow-inducing devices such as LifeFlow™, which are common in trauma and medical emergency settings, exceptionally well. The technology has been perfected over >100,000 utilizations.
